My five-point plan

1. I will help develop a simple yet effective STRATEGY to make sure our robot is competitive but not overcomplicated.

2. I will ORGANIZE the team in order to have everything planned out and to minimize last minute chaos.

3. I will create a complete PLAN which includes deadlines for each subsystem so that we can keep track of our progress and manage our resources.

4. I will streamline COMMUNICATION among mentors, team leads and students in order to foster increased productivity.

5. I will EXECUTE our plans with minimal confusion and maximum effectiveness.
